It is handy for people that would like a tattoo but can't have it showing because of their jobs or whatever. And anybody else that just likes it of course. It has gone through extensive testing for FDA Approval with absolutely no adverse reactions to it in over ten years. This ink is most likely the safest ink on the market. +7 reply
