    can't blame the cops there- they won't stop chasing in case he does more damage. if he hit a single woman and kept going,no telling what else he's capable of. As for the "no sirens so she didn't know her life was in danger"???? load of bollox- does she hear sirens every time she crosses a road? that is her way of claiming money from the police because she won't get anything from the driver who hit her. +6 reply

      exactly disturbed.... you know he wasnt going to let that "touch-hole" out of his sight after that... he obviously radioed an ambulance as he continued pursuit... reply

        I get what you say but still its the whole duty of care aspect isn't it, the officers in the car had a duty of care to the victim as they had seen her laying in the road, it should have been down to another traffic car to continue the chase and them to get out and assist with first aid until medics arrived. reply

      Trauma nurses have one of the toughest jobs superstar. Be thankful that they do it. When you find yourself at the emergency room with your ass broken, your karmic trauma nurses will be the ones wiping your ass each day. +1 reply

    Well duuurrrr....he just ran the stop sign right in front of the cops,clearly they would not have their lights and sirens on right at that particular moment.Secondly....if they had of stopped,he would have got away and she's be bitching about how the cops let him get away.Thirdly..she's out the front of a medical centre,with a nurse attending to her? So why's she bitching about cop's not stopping to give medical attention? Wouldn't you be bitching if it was an ambulance?Surely the cops called it in for an ambulance to attend.What was she doing not looking both ways when crossing the street? And as for broken bones from head to toe and never being able to work again...is she fucking dead or what?!?! God there are some fat lazy immature and irresponsable americans willing to sue for anything yet never take responsability for their own actions.If this was in Australia,everyone would be hammering her for not looking where she was going...fucking dumb ass!! +2 reply

      Here in NY she would have been ticketed for jaywalking, and sued for busting the guys headlight.Not to mention obstructing justice for making a police vehicle swerve and slowing him down. reply
