wow...I can understand not riding on areas designated not to ride a skateboard, it's annoying when you are trying to work and they are outside skating it's annoying. I don't believe in our government anymore. The overall aspect of things in America is that nobody has to be held accountable for anything anymore. here's the deal: the kids were skating in a metro area, which was a mistake, but im a skater, and its an undeniable rush to take a hill whilst dodging people and hopping curbs, or maybe they were just hanging out, chilling while they waited for someone. but at the same time, i doubt the cop asked them to leave. and i don't see where the first skater's friends did anything to be arrested for... they were all bystanders. none of them commited any crimes, and they were arrested for....? bottom line, the kids did nothing wrong, and while he could technichally arrest the first one (in the same sense that you could technichally give someone a ticket for going 57 in a 55) he really had no reason to... probably just a douche who wanted to show his power because he got his notice, or got evicted, or divorced, or somehting like that. now that i think on it, he was probably frustrated that his position was so low level... a beatwalker? thats as low as it gets... +1 replythepunkway posted 1 year ago
