• Giulia posted 4 months ago rate it: good poor Oh I hear ya Ice Hockey is brutal, but I will never forget the first time I was hit in the back by a 85kg player who could run sub 11 sec hundreds. No Pads, No Helmet just a week of coughing up blood. Mind you I'll never forget the first time I hit someone either (80kg and fast) broke his cheek when he hit my shoulder. reply

• Giulia posted 4 months ago rate it: good poor Well sort of legal............ If the tackle is within 5 metres of the ball and the contact is deemed to be with the hip and shoulder then Yes. Head high tackles obviously aren't allowed, but this is a very fast game and most times head shots get missed by the umpires. +1 reply

AFL is a very tactical sport and my team looses to bottom sides and beats the top because our tactic is to frustrate the other teams tactics which is frustrating to watch, bah :-) reply
